Day of Unity and Healing @ Historic Sotterley

All are welcome to join Descendants of Historic Sotterley in remembering and celebrating our complete American heritage and the power of connection in unity and healing. Reverend Lawrence Ellis Walker, Sr. will give the keynote address, which will be followed by music, a performance by Washington Revels Jubilee Voices, video screenings, and a ceremony for the UNESCO International Day of Remembrance of the Slave Trade and its Abolition. Guests can also visit the historic barn for a display of Documentary Story Quilts and walk through Historic Sotterley's exhibits.
