Hatha Vinyasa Yoga with Nancy Uma @ Pier 450

Bring your fun-loving yoga enthusiasts to this outdoor, waterfront session. Nancy Uma will lead you through an intentional, mindful practice that enables you to connect with your mental, emotional, and physical bodies. Some traditional poses are held for a longer period of time, and others are part of a flow (Vinyasa). She will introduce yin, or long stretching, along with breathing practice, in addition to the traditional poses.
