Open Barn @ Greenwell Foundation

Children and adults alike will find joy saying hello to the horses, ponies, and other farm animals at Greenwell Foundation's Open Barn event. In addition to interacting with the animals, you can expect to learn more about the foundation's accessible and inclusive programs and observe or participate in program demonstrations. Once you've waved farewell to the horses, feel free to explore the rest of the state park, a lush landscape nestled on the Patuxent River full of history and beauty.

Admission to this event is free, but keep in mind there is a park service fee of $3 to $5 per vehicle upon entering the park (cash or check accepted).
