"Swimming in Color" Art Show @ North End Gallery

Beat the heat at North End Gallery in August. Step inside and enjoy this big, beautiful new show, "Swimming in Color" where there will be cool colors to chill by, and hot colors to warm you up and in between, a virtual pool of splashes and dashes and glows. This is an all member show, however North End wants to draw your attention to three artists this month who are well known for their use of color in their work: Jeweler Mickey Kunkle uses bold color and form in her necklaces and earrings and accessories. Painter Marisa Mansueti paints gorgeous still lifes of floral imagery and other subjects that glow with color. Painter Toni Wolf infuses all her imagery with strong and colorful brushwork.

The Swimming in Color show runs from Tuesday, July 30th to Sunday, September 1st.
