Day 3

6 a.m.: What’s better than one day of fishing? Two! Meet up with Captain Phil for another great day of fishing and adventuring on the seas. Phil not only knows great fishing spots, but is an expert in the history of the area and can show you more sites from the boat. Phil will take you on a new excursion on a different course from day one. Your second days’ catch will be cleaned, wrapped and packed in dry ice so it can be taken home and enjoyed later.

2 p.m.: After you trip wraps up, swing by The Beanery Cafe for some fresh baked goods and pre-ordered delicious sandwiches!

3 p.m.: Want a little more? Before departing the area be sure to head over to Point Lookout State Park and Lighthouse. Point Lookout Lighthouse is located inside of the State Park, is situated alongside Fort Lincoln, a Civil War era fortification. While the lighthouse is closed to the public, this is the perfect spot to snap some pictures for your mantle before heading home!
