Birding

Urge to Bird? Our tidal marshes, agricultural fields, and forests offer great locations.

The area is home to over 120 birds species, including osprey, bald eagles, egrets and herons. With 500 miles of shoreline composed of tidal inlets, creeks and tributaries, a canoe or kayak paddle gets you right into the heart of things.
