Pre-registration is required; $5 per child. Materials are provided; bring a light snack. To sign up, call the museum at 301-769-2222 to reserve your child’s spot.
Young artists aged 7-17 can join art instructor Ms. Ellen Duke Wilson in exploring fine arts through a variety of artistic styles. Young artists will expand their understanding of art while learning to sketch, paint, draw, weave, sculpt, and more. Students will also reflect on how making art can impact society in positive, impactful ways. At the end of each session, all participants will create an individualized work of art to share with family and community.
