Leonardtown Arts & Entertainment District
The Town of Leonardtown is the only designated Arts and Entertainment District in Southern Maryland. Local artists and art galleries have made the Town their home and provide a wide range of art work for everyone.
Leonardtown celebrated this designation in September of 2013 with the A&E First Friday, which has continued over the years as the theme for September's First Friday. This First Friday features local art work is put on display throughout various businesses in Town for you to admire, art activities for all ages, and artists creating art work in the moment for you to watch.
