Join us for a cozy, hands-on evening at Xella Winery as three local businesses come together for a delicious experience featuring wine, focaccia, and charcuterie. The perfect way to celebrate the mothers we love.
Spend the evening sipping wine from Erin at Xella Winery, learning the art of focaccia from Michana of A Love for Sourdough, and creating a beautiful charcuterie spread with Sarah of CaliWoode Kitchen.
This workshop blends the joy of baking, the creativity of charcuterie styling, and the relaxation of wine into one unforgettable night.
Whether you're looking for a fun girls' night out, a unique Mother's Day experience, or simply love great food and wine, this evening is designed to inspire, connect, and satisfy.

Learn how to make and start your own light & airy sourdough focaccia with Michana from A Love for Sourdough.
During the workshop, you will:
• Mix and start your own focaccia dough
• Learn the step-by-step process of sourdough focaccia baking
• Discover Michana’s tips and tricks for baking beautiful focaccia at home
• Understand fermentation, timing, and simple tools to help you succeed
You'll leave feeling confident and inspired to finish baking your focaccia at home in your own kitchen.
🧀 BUILD A FOCACCIA CHARCUTERIE BOARD with CALIWOODE KITCHEN
Next, learn the art of creating a stunning charcuterie arrangement with Sarah from CaliWoode Kitchen.
Using fresh ingredients, artisan cheeses, cured meats, seasonal fruit, and garnishes, you'll transform your edible focaccia bread board made by A Love for Sourdough into a beautiful grazing-style charcuterie creation.
Sarah will guide you through:
