State parks, state forests, and Cooperative Wildlife Management Areas add up to nearly 5,000 acres of public hunting lands in St. Mary’s County.

Licensing

Going bow hunting or muzzleloading? Our Bait and Tackle shops and our Outfitters are good sources but go directly to Maryland’s Department of Natural Resources for comprehensive information.
