SMCTAP is designed to grow these impacts through increased visitor spending, improved satisfaction and a higher rate of return trips.
Your business ambassadors will network with front-line employees at hotels, restaurants and attractions or transportation, civic leaders, students, volunteers, and similar stakeholders.
By having your employees participate, benefits include:
- Increases in customer satisfaction scores through improved employee – customer relations and engagement

- What we ask of you: Your participating employees be paid for their time during our program. In other words, your employees are paid their hourly/salaried wages during their time in with us.
